COVID-19 Updates

A Message from Our Team:

We are excited to announce that, as of Thursday, July 1st we will welcome one Pet Parent per family into our hospital building for wellness and problem appointments. At this time, we will continue to require masks for both team members and Pet Parents regardless of vaccine status. All drop-offs, discharges, food/medication pickups, and any technician appointments will remain curbside.

Curbside appointments are still available if you choose not to come inside the hospital – we want to make sure all our Pet Parents are comfortable as COVID-19 guidelines continue to change.

As always, we appreciate your patience and support as we continue to navigate the ever-changing COVID-19 safety guidance.

Curbside Service

Due to the uptick in local COVID-19 cases, we have made the decision to only offer curbside appointments for the foreseeable future. The exception to curbside service will be euthanasia appointments (two family members maximum will be allowed inside). Please review our Curbside Protocol to ensure a successful visit. Please remember to wear a mask over your face and nose when dropping off and picking up your pet from our team members.

Booking Appointments

We are currently experiencing very high call volumes. Urgent issues are being prioritized to ensure that all of our patients receive care as needed. Please be patient with us if we are unable to book an appointment immediately for a non-urgent matter. We encourage you to use our hospital app for appointment requests. If you have not already downloaded our app, please look for it on the Google Play Store or the App Store.

Food Orders and Medication Refills

We encourage you to continue to use our hospital app to order food and medication refills. If you have not already downloaded our app, please look for it on the Google Play Store or the App Store. We also invite you to check out our online pharmacy for home delivery.

Clients Affected by COVID-19
We ask that you reschedule your pet’s appointment if any of the following apply to you, or a member of your household:

  • Have tested positive for COVID-19
  • Is suspected to have COVID-19
  • Is displaying flu-like symptoms
  • Has traveled to a high-risk COVID-19 area
  • Have been exposed to a COVID-19 positive individual within the last two weeks

Hospital Cleaning


As a health care facility, we have always followed rigorous sanitation procedures. Due to the pandemic, we have increased the frequency and scope of our cleaning and sanitation efforts. Exam rooms are thoroughly disinfected between patients and high-touch areas are sanitized multiple times throughout the day.
